Privacy Policy

The short version: PropsIQ has no accounts and no login. Your favorites, tracked bets and settings live on your device. We don't sell your data, we don't run third-party ad or tracking SDKs, and subscriptions are handled entirely by Apple.

This Privacy Policy explains how PropsIQ ("PropsIQ", "we", "us") handles information when you use the PropsIQ iOS application (the "App"). By using the App you agree to this policy.

1. Information we do not collect

PropsIQ does not require you to create an account, and we do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, or location. We do not use third-party advertising or analytics/tracking SDKs, and we do not build advertising profiles or sell personal information.

2. Information stored on your device

To make the App work, the following is stored locally on your device (in the App's private storage) and is not transmitted to us:

Followed players you star.
Tracked bets you add — the player, prop, line, odds and status you choose to log.
Preferences such as appearance (light/dark), odds format (American/Decimal), and whether you've seen onboarding.

You can remove this data at any time by deleting the App, which clears its local storage from your device.

3. Sports data and bet grading

The App fetches publicly available sports information — schedules, rosters, player statistics, odds and weather — from our backend and third-party sports-data sources. This traffic contains no personal information about you.

When you ask the App to auto-grade a tracked bet, it sends only the data needed to look up the box-score result (for example a player identifier, the game date, and the line you entered). This is not personal information and is not linked to your identity.

4. Subscriptions and payments

PropsIQ Pro is an auto-renewable subscription sold through Apple's App Store. All payment and billing is handled by Apple under Apple's Privacy Policy. PropsIQ never receives or stores your credit-card number or Apple ID password. Your subscription status is determined on-device by Apple's StoreKit.

5. Diagnostics

If you have enabled sharing of diagnostics with developers in your iOS settings, Apple may share aggregate, anonymized crash and performance data with us to help fix bugs. This data is not used to identify you. You can turn this off in Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements.

6. Third-party links

The App and this site link to external sites (for example the App Store, sportsbook pages, and responsible- gaming resources). Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

7. Children's privacy

PropsIQ is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 17.

8. Data security

Because your personal preferences and bet history stay on your device within the App's sandboxed storage, they are protected by your device's own security. Data fetched from our backend is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, within the App.
